La Top ventil 300 plus verticale è un’unità di ventilazione per il trattamento dell’aria con ricambio nei vari locali e dotata di un recuperatore di calore caratterizzato da un’efficienza superiore al 90%.
E’ dotata di due ventilatori EC a bassissimo assorbimento ed un sistema di serrande motorizzate, che consentono di passare dalla modalità ricircolo e/o ricambio oppure semplicemente rinnovare l’aria dei locali.
E’ anche provvista di un gruppo frigorifero che permette, se necessario, di abbassare l’umidità dei locali mantenendo neutra la temperatura dell’aria; è in grado di integrare in raffrescamento aumentando così l’efficacia dell’impianto radiante. Inoltre è dotata della funzione FreeCooling.
